Scheme Description:
After the product is taken out in the mold, it is first moved to the shearing tooling for shearing separation. After the shearing separation is completed, the product is placed on the positioning tooling template, and the finished products on the template are put into the turnover box in turn by the 4-axis robot to complete the packing.

The system can take out, separate and pack all the parts, get rid of manual intervention completely, and can work 24 hours automatically. It is suitable for automatic production of small and precise parts.
